Perfect hotel for leisure or work. Staff is very friendly, cosy rooms and good beds, they can provide a cot for small children (clean with cute blankets), and a beautifully served breakfast. Located next to the River Ness which is perfect for a walk and close to the city centre for your amenities. Highly recommended!

Our room was great and warm. Breakfast was excellent. Morning staff was very helpful and friendly but the afternoon staff was quite useless. Especially one lady with pink hair was acting quite rude and she wasn't really interested in working. We asked few times for fresh towels and toilet roll and it was really uncomfortable to ask again and again.
