Me and my friends decided to stay here for New Year celebration. The view was too perfect for it and we could enjoy fireworks around the city just standing in the balcony. There is huge living room and a lot of space for cooking in the kitchen. Heating and hot bath are there as well. Totally recommended.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mittu for being so accomodating and smiley :) I dont remember the names of the other staff at the hotel but the 3 people at reception were very lovely. The staff at the wallace room (breakfast staff) was excellent too, felt very comfortable at the breakfast. The staff was very welcoming (there were 3 people one tall man and two ladies). Definately a shout out to the staff at the ASH restaurant, again felt very welcomed and pampered + amazing food! All in all we stayed there 2 nights and the entire staff and the hotel made it so special, definately one of the best holidays we have had. Everything was just perfect!! Thanks a ton to everyone for making it so memorable. Will surely be back soon, hopefully!

A million dollar experience!....the staff made us feel like the most important guests they ever had, nothing was too much trouble, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and very kind. The room was the height of luxury, wonderful bed, huge bathroom and amazing views. The gardens were lovely, and supper at The Clansman was superb. The townhouse did exceed our expectations. We really appreciated the attention to detail given to literally everything. The way everything was labelled and the way the instructions/notes were given about everything was remarkable. The place was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the toilets were clean. There were welcome drinks and snacks - that was lovely. There were amenities in the bathrooms. The kitchen had practically everything - perfectly shelved. Two of the rooms overlooked the river and so did the living room. There was a wonderful back garden, very well maintained and parking was available at the property. It was a short walk to the centre - hardly 3-5 minutes. Tesco Express is at the end of the road hardly 5 minutes away. George was a very pleasant host. He met us before we checked out - asked us about our stay and apologised for a minor glitch we had experienced during our stay.
