Really liked the atmosphere of this place. Location is great, just in the heart of the city. So interesting neighborhoods, like Chinatown, Manchester Art Gallery and other cultural places and restaurants. So much to explore nearby. And safety as I felt it. Easy access to the airport. Room was excellent, had that signature deluxe room with a view to the street. Bed was comfy and liked the bedding. There was plenty of space which allowed to relax and also to work when needed. Liked that kind of industrial and loft look with 4 meters high rooms. Also, wi-fi was well functioning. Television was big enough and had good sound system. Also liked to listen to the music by using Bluetooth speaker. And then tea and coffee available in the room as well as water. In the bathroom there was space enough too and really liked that rainfall shower and skin care products that smelt so good. The air was fresh and the whole room and also common spaces were so clean. Had also breakfast and dinner which were so tasteful and easy to get. In the lobby there is also a common creative space which I used. Was nice to go there and do some writing when people went by and hear people chatting. Also, nice view to the street. Staff was helpful and kind and available all the time (24/7). All the facilities were well planned and well-functioning. So perfectly value for money.

We spent one night at the Midland Hotel and absolutely loved it. The hotel is located in a magnificent old building in the very center of the city, super easy to reach from the train station and the airport. From the hotel, we did everything by foot. The hotel has been recently renovated with a lot of taste. We booked a standard room which was super spacious with a very nice bathroom. The possibilty to check in and out online is super pratical. We ordered some cocktails from the hotel bar, the staff was super nice and the cocktails were amazing. We also visited the spa for an hour and really enjoyed it. Overall a super good value for money in a very special location. We totally recommend it!
