I thought the hotel was very quaint having preserved many original features. It was very spacious . My room was quiet, very comfortable and spotless clean . The staff were absolutely wonderful . Attentive, warm and friendly . Both dinner and breakfast was delicious with lots of interesting choices. Great parking too . Thank you for s lovely stay.

Staff brilliant could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Rooms were super comfortable and clean. Evening meal was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was amazing, definitely not your average full english.

We loved the quirky rooms and cosy pub. They made us very welcome. My mum enjoyed her 80th birthday celebration at this charming pub.

Lovely staff here, so helpful. Great breakfast selection good value for money. Lunch and dinner options are well priced and taste great. Clean comfortable rooms. Location was perfect for us. Over all good value for money. Didn't get to use the spa but it looked wonderful.

We didn’t actually get to stay because of a mess booking the last remaining room via booking. com and a contemporaneous walk-in booking. Despite online confirmation from booking.com that we had secured the room the walk-ins got it by being there in person. Grrrrr - the property and the proprietor were really charming The proprietor was very apologetic and at her expense had booked us alternative accommodation and breakfast at a more expensive local hotel (only about 3 miles away). The alternative (The Landing at Biggin Hill) met our needs perfectly so all was well that ended well 😊

Our room was spacious as was the bathroom. Very clean with all the usual facilities - tea and coffee machine, TV, water, fresh milk etc. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The hotel has great character. Our dinners were very good and great value and the breakfasts the best we have had in a long time. The manager and Becca were excellent. Parking also available.

Sleep Boutique is 6 luxury boutique-style rooms in a 15th-century mill, The Wiremill, which also has a leading gastro pub with local cask ales.
