Absolutely vip 5 star first class staff, everything clean, the room luxurious, in short i will never stay in a different hotel whenever i visit Leeds , an absolutely phenomenal experience and one i aim to repeat very soon.

Unbelievably big room, clean and orderly. Has everything I need. Super value for money. Breakfast is good, with plenty of choices. Parking is in house, very safe. The housekeepers are very nice too.

The hotel decorations was very traditional and relaxing. All staff were very much professional; kind, helpful, and full of hospitality. Surely the location of the hotel is very convenient. The lounge bar and cafe provide comfortable atmosphere to stay quietly alone, for a business meeting or for a friend/ family chat. Probably one of the best hotels in the UK.
