It's rare that I rate full marks for everything. The check-in lady was so friendly we almost did not know how to respond. I found that in general hotel rooms in Georgia are not as sound proof as they usually claim. This hotel was the exception, totally quiet throughout our stay. Great views. Great room. Highly recommended.

Location was GREAT! It was convenient and easy to find and remember. There was a drunk person walking talking on the hallway after midnight. I would have called the front desk he kept it a little bit longer but it was not beyond my patience. The room was small but it meant everything was in reach, had everything I needed, and it was good enough. I have stayed more than 10 places in Georgia and this place sits on the top of them. Breakfast was good, except for a boy who took 2 pieces of bread with his hand and put them back to the basket. of course I talked to his family.

The room was equipped with everything one may need during her stay and more :) The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the old part of Batumi, great restaurants, walking streets and shops are nearby. I am quite impressed by this Hotel, did not expect such comfort and luxury.

Great park area, lots of greenery, comfortable rooms, own beach, bowling alley, pool table, you can even ask to have a movie played for you at their own little cinema. Really accommodating staff, we got a room upgrade due to a mishap with our first room, really nice welcome gesture- selection of cakes brought to the room. nice breakfast but cappuccino cost extra and juice didn’t seem fresh.
