Wonderful homely feel in brilliant location close to everything. Tina was very quick to respond to any queries I had and very warm reception. Would definitely choose to stay there again. Note: the house entrance is in the courtyard behind number 5 so go through the gates next to left of building marked #5 and you will see a sign for Tina's guesthouse.

We liked everything in this hotel, tasteful quality architecture and furniture, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, perfect location to discover Tiblisi. We just loved it and would recommend without hesitation to everyone.
