Staffs are very helpful & caring. The reception staff provided us a lot of useful advice about visiting Meteora during our check in. I accidentally left my hoodies at the reception before going to Meteora and the staff kept it with my luggage. We rented a scooter during our stay and the reception staff saw me carrying a helmet, he offered us to park our scooter inside their basement car park. Very nice mountain view from our balcony. Breakfast is simple but awesome. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

The view from the balcony and hotel location in general is just incredible. The size of the room more than ok, the bed matrasses super comfy, we slept very well. Cleaning was done every day. Very nice service during check in/out and especially breakfast. Breakfast had a lot of local pies and pastry apart from standard assortment of meals. Very cosy and super clean breakfast room. A couple of basic food markets and nice taverns are found very close to the hotel, we ate delicious local food in "Efrosino", highly recommend visiting.
