Breakfast was excelent, and even not in seson, staff provide us after 10,30 for one day, witch was amazing. Reception staff was most kind and nice and also the best for restaurant. I stayed only one night at Aquila Atlantis Hotel but I really enjoy it. Very clean room, comfy bed, balcony with a great view over the harbor. The location of the hotel is amazing, in the city center, within walking distance to the the harbor, old town, Central Bus Station and shops. The Archeological Museum is right behind the hotel. Nice pool area especially the one on the top of the building with a view to the Koules Fortress, but I didn't stay long enough to use it.

Situated opposite the old city harbour, Lato Boutique Hotel features a rooftop restaurant-bar overlooking Heraklion's Venetian Fortress.

We had amazing 7 nights. The apartment was clean and well built, the kitchen had everything needed and the bed was comfy. The territory is beautiful, green and well maintained, the swimming pool is wonderful too. The people are very kind, smiling and very caring. Do not hesitate to ask Fofi about local attractions, as she is eager to give you advice suitable for your rhythm and interests.
