The breakfast was the definition of five star. Great coffee and drinks at the bar, and one of the best massages ever at the spa, with attentive and very capable staff. The room was exactly as advertised, with a big bathtub , lots of space for stuff, kettle , big mirror, huge closet space.

Everything was amazing! We even got a free room upgrade to a suite! The staff was super friendly, the room was huge, the breakfast was endless, and everything was fantastic. And above all, the price wasn't a 5-star hotel price AT ALL! Highly recommended, and for sure, I will have to return when visiting Ioannina again. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing stay!

The location inside the castle walls made the experience unique, quiet, convenient, and culturally charming. You are greeted by a lovely courtyard with its own well, the rooms were exactly what we needed, and within a five-ten minute walk you could be among restaurants and cafes or shops, but within the castle walls all was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was lovely if you wanted to start your day that way. The beautiful Ioannana lake was also just a short walk away, as were very interesting museums. We would recommend staying here to anybody!

We stayed for 4 days… Our room was really nice, with lovely fireplace, very clean… Bed was really comfortable. Room temperature is adjustable, which is really helpful. Location is excellent, everything is near. Breakfast at the hotel was really good, many choices. And the staff nice, very kind and very helpful. We enjoyed the vibe of this hotel ☺️
