The staff were exceptional. Friendly and supportive. They couldn’t do enough for you. The location of the hotel and the hotel itself was fabulous. The room was very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Extremely comfortable bed. We will be back.

The property is located in the heart of Chora.. just a minute away from the waterfront and 5 min walk to the Port and the Apollo temple. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants and ferry offices. A++ for its location. The rooms were spacious and the views were great. Breakfast was good.. but the service at the Breakfast wasn’t that great. The person at the reception was so kind and friendly.

On arrival, we were greeted warmly. Our room wasn't ready because we were early, but they had it ready before the check-in time. We were offered a free upgrade to a junior suite. We were escorted to our rooms and given instructions how to use everything and complimentary water in the fridge. The place was exceptionally clean, rooms, pool and the whole area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and everything was quickly topped up. The staff were all helpful, giving tips how to get into town. Bus stop outside. Supermarket up the way and walkable. Can also walk to town in around 20 minutes. Beach across the road was also beautiful

The hotel was beautiful with wonderful staff, particularly Marianna. The provided body wash smelt lovely and the room was nice and comfortable with the breakfast also being delicious.

For me the most important when I am traveling is that an accommodation has character and where I feel home. It does not have to be luxurious or very fancy. I felt directly at home when I entered the apartment and that feeling stayed for the rest of my stay. And I felt at peace and relaxed. I was very happy with my stay at Naxos Palace Hotel. The breakfast is well furnished and the complexe is very nice. The water is not drinkable in th bedrooms but there is places where you can fill up your bottle in the main areas. The staff was very friendly. The beach is not far with a car. There is also a public bus who can take you to Chora.

Amazing place, perfectly located, close to the Kastro, the old maket, the orthodox cathedral and the port. Free parking lot nearby. The appartement was beautiful and clean. Vagelis is a perfect host. He came to pick us up at the port and explained us many things about the city. Additionally, he spoils his visitors with gifts. Highly recommended.
