Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. The staff deserves special recognition – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist or offer advice whenever needed. Although the property is quite spacious, it still manages to maintain a strong sense of privacy and intimacy – peaceful, quiet, and with a cozy atmosphere that allows for true relaxation. I can really recommend staying at Fillis. We booked the separate apartment with garden and it was brand new and everything was perfect. The apartment is designed with a lot of good taste and everything at Fillis is done with passion and "heart", you can feel that the family wants the guests to feel welcomed. The owners were available and ready to help but at the same time they respected the guests' privacy. The price for the stand-alone apartment was comparable to that of a very good hotel but you also get cleaning and new towels every day, there is a beautiful pool, etc. I really liked the fact that we could just sit and have something small to eat if we didn't want to go out for breakfast, lunch, etc. The local beach can be reached on foot (5 minutes walking), which is also practical. We recommend renting a boot for one day - it was an amazing experience. Thank you to Fillis and the family for this great vacation!

Very very nice experience. It is almost impossible to find such a high standard hotel in this region. I'm not saying other places are bad. In general, it is an area with average hotels. There are many, many cozy/clean/hospitable places in them, but Ekies is another level. The restaurant Bubo is a place with a very high taste standard. The sea is beautiful. The bar has delicious cocktails. The service team is very friendly. nature is incredible.

Three generations of women created a resort like no other in one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece.

The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

My wife and I stayed at this charming little hotel for a week. The owner, Efrossini, is very kind and always ready to help — she even helped us arrange a motorboat rental, which we highly recommend to anyone who prefers privacy, nature, and peace over crowded beaches with loud music. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony and a wonderful sea view. It’s only a 2–3 minute walk to all the restaurants and the port of Ouranoupoli. We highly recommend this hotel.
