KARLO at reception was an inspiration with all his enthusiasm and knowledge of the history of the area and got us all excited to get going on our planned intenary. We enjoyed the area and loved Old Town. As newbies to Croatia we asked a few questions and he happened to be at reception, and more than happy to go far and beyond assisting us with our queries and provided so much more than we expected. He is a gem to have for new tourists as it is sometimes awkward to ask questions in English but he was fluent in English, his knowledge of all of Croatia was incredible, he even recommended other towns we needed to see, (which we did) and made us feel very welcome. We are so glad that we added Dubrovnik to our list of places to visit. The hotel is beautiful and met all expectations.

This location was wonderful, and the host was so kind and helpful! We were steps away from the main street in old town. This was our first time in Dubrovnik, and we were pleasantly surprised by our good luck that this apartment was in the absolute best location. Plus the bed was very comfortable! This apartment also has features from its original construction, which we found very cool and immersive to the city. Overall, I highly recommend this booking!

The location of the hotel changed an incredible experience into an unforgettable one. Bells serenaded us in the morning and we were only a few minutes walk from both main gates. The staff felt like friends from the start and did everything humanly possible to help us. Amazing people. Fabulous place.

Location right in the centre of Cavtat, on the flat within a two minute walk of the resturants shops, harbour etc. The breakfast was amazing so much choice a basket of bread was first for each table, with a array of spreads, then choice traditional english breakfast to a cold table, meats, cheese, salad, yogurts, cereals and fresh fruit. Served by our every smiling waitress. The rooms are large and airy with air conditioning, They also have their own resturant a few steps away of a very high standard. It is a family run hotel and it certainly shows with the care and attention.

The staff is professional and always polite and smiling. The spa is wonderfull. (Sauna/hammam/ Roman bath pool and 2 jacuzzi ) The breakfast is high quality with a a la carte menu in addition of the buffet (all included in the breakfast price) Room service is fast, we had an issue with a door it was solved in 10 minutes (at 22h) The room service is not that expensive. We often order some meal after 22h and it was deliver very fast. (We were in low season (November)) We were in a superior room of villa Kodak with sea view and the bed was comfortable. The location is great only 10 min by foot from the old town. The outside pool is great
