The staff were welcoming and so helpful from booking activities, offering restaurant suggestions and arranging airport transfers. The rooms were comfortable and charming and having Netflix in the room was an unexpected bonus. the House Beletage was in a great location for walking or reaching the metro to many sites.

The Jewish Quarter is also a 10-minute walk away at the most while all tram and bus stops are just around the corner. All staff was amazing, handled our requests with ease. Hotel is spacious as well as room. Pool is 34 Celsius degrees, which was nice for our kid, could be bigger in size though. NY caffee is unique experience, superb looking and muscians are amazing. Food is ok, more variaty in breakfast would be nice.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in this category! Beautiful building, renovated beautifully and tastefully. Spacious, quiet room with everything you need for a city trip and a very comfy bed. Great location, literally in the heart of Budapest. Loved the breakfast with various options (also for veggies) as well as the sauna/gym area. Receptionist Gregory was exceptional! We had a great stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
