Amazing hotel - even better than our expectations. The staff (front desk, restaurant, bar) were each friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful (great blackout curtains). DInner at The Grill was wonderful. We really enjoyed the walking trails.

Amazing breakfast. No buffet but served on the table with excellent choice for 15 Euros. Location is fine, very near the castle. It is a bit far from the Big green bus stop, but the town is small and with normal luggage it is managable. The room was very big and the window could be opened which is something I like. I had a nice view of the cathedral.

The hotel is a typical Irish hotel. The atmosphere was awesome and the room was clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with several different choices..

Absolutely amazing experience in Kilkenny: Great position really close to the castle, the staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the restaurant was delicious as well. The room was big, clean with a comfy bed and a great bathroom. Highly recommended

I stayed here on short notice for work and the hotel was amazing. I had no idea that the town even existed before booking, but the location was amazing. A lovely little town right on the River Barrow which includes a medieval castle and beautiful bridge. The hotel was very well managed with beautiful artwork and fresh flowers on display. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. The restaurant has a great menu and the breakfast was cooked to order. Some of the nicest food I've had in a long time. I will 100% be back.
