Cosy, glamorous and one of the nicest places we have stayed. Cannot fault it from start to finish. The food, the bar, the room everything was great. We had a great time and the staff are incredible! We will be back.

What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. Thank you all so much!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and we had a fantastic view over the beautiful courtyard with the Killarney mountains in the background. We will definitely be back.

It was close to everything, you have several supermarkets, bars, and boulangeries close to the apartment. We could do a early check-in and the entire flat was tidy and clean. You have everything, to cook and stay comfy. We had a very nice stay at this apartment. Even the views are stunning.

The interior design is so lovely, the staff are so professional, Reasonable prices in the restaurant. What a service for breakfast! I can say it's one of the best I ever seen, it's a top tier hotel but just a little extraordinary copy! The Arbutus room is stunning, go for it if you can for sure! We also liked complimentary 2 little bottles of Prosecco in the fridge

This is a warm, cosy and very welcoming boutique hotel. The decor (Art Deco Style) in the main areas is just gorgeous! 😍 Our bedroom was also beautifully decorated. A luxurious bathroom with a fabulous shower. Breakfast was delicious and the service is fantastic. Everything is brought to your table so you can totally relax and enjoy the experience. We also dined in the bar and again, tasty food and the staff cannot do enough for their guests! A 4 star hotel with 5 star service. ❤️💕
