Absolutely EVERYTHING went SUPER WELL. Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and balcony was spacious and cozy. And last but not least, the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected delight!

For my wife and I, the hotel was perfect. hotel is small but charming. The staff was courteous and very helpful. They left coffee, tea, water and some traditional Israeli sweets available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable and very clean. I will definitely be back.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and key places, which made exploring the area so convenient. The service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day off right. A lovely touch was the special table available throughout the day with juice and biscuits – perfect for a quick refreshment after returning from sightseeing.
