shuttle to airport is expensive, but the service is excellent. All services were very good, they were always ready to help. Breakfast was very good as well. Beds are great and the room has a place to put your suitcase up and facilities to make a cup of tea. Bathroom clean and good working shower.

Hospitality from the staff, especially Kajal, from the front desk. And the frontdesk team had a welcome ceremony where the lady put a red dot on my forehead (she asked me first, of course) and had a photo together. The breakfast buffet was also good and me and my colleague were given a 'see you soon' chocolate cupcake and again a photoshoot :). I like also the exectutive lounge where there were good spread of finger food with non-vegetarian and vegetarian food! Chicken tikka was the best! and the fresh fish finger. Room was spacious, with working table.

The staff was all very welcoming and helpful. One of the managers even sent one of his staff with me to buy a local sim card for my phone. I also got to experience to.make my own cocktail at the bar, and the bartenders were all very welcoming
