The hotel's location is excellent if you need to get to the airport quickly. It's literally a 3-minute ride on the FREE hotel shuttle. The hotel reception staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and it definitely wasn't check-in time yet, but we waited about 40 minutes and our room was ready. The receptionists didn't have to but they helped us check in quickly and efficiently and set off to explore the city as quickly as possible. Thank you for your kindness! The next day, the reception staff were also very friendly and printed out our boarding passes. Thank you again! The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and we definitely recommend this hotel!

🛖 | Housing and location are amazing if you're looking for a peaceful haven. Rooms are spacious with everything needed 👍. The best point is the location of the room itself: right inside the botanical garden 🐦🌳! 🧑‍💼 | Staff was lovely and full of caring attentions. Feel free to ask them directions or anything that you might need. They are happy to help (if language is an issue, use a translating app. -- we did 👍). If they have availability, they can even give you a ride up to Bari with a low fare.

Easily accessible, close to the airport and train station, very nice and peaceful location, very clean, very tasteful coffee. Rooms are very spacious.
