Breakfast was great. Location could not be better. Facility was spotless, perfectly maintained. Actually better than a 5 star hotel. Cannot give enough accolades to the owners. I am in my 70s and have traveled extensively and I am not easily impressed but this facility was impressive!!

Giulia was an exceptional host who went out of her way to assist us. The room was sparkling and exceeded expectations. Trani itself is a locals only resort, and was an absolute pleasure in late May. You need a little bit of Italian language to get the best from the local area.

Staff on duty were very friendly. Amazing design. Gorgeous generous size room. Excellent breakfast.

Everything at the Palazzo Paciotti was perfect. The place was beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures. The room was clean and modern! The breakfast was wonderful on a terrace overlooking the Port. The wonderful surprise was that the Paciotti had a elevator!

The location was great. The view from one of the rooms was fantastic looking over the harbour. The others didn't have a view but we knew that when we booked. Francesa was very welcoming and helpful at check-in. Good aircon, which made all the difference given the heatwave. Lovely rooms/apartment with very clean and well-designed bathrooms.
