Staff were very helpful and prompt in messages usually replies in a couple of minutes irrelevant what time it was. Rooms are very spacious and the most important very clean. Highly reccomended - good value for money- 15 mins away from Bologna centre and close to the airport as well just 10 mins away. We used taxi services which are not expensive 15e one way to central or from airport.
