I read a number of negative reviews online before staying here and had my concerns, thankfully the Hotel exceeded my expectations. The Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer and all prices were communicated clearly to me. The room was lovely and cleaned thoroughly during my stay. Spa access was included in my stay. I stayed in the secondary building but it’s literally next door. Breakfast is €30 and spa access if not included in your stay is €50. The cost of those are consistent with the local area. As a side note a 3 mile taxi to Portofino will cost you €50 as a tourist. For the price I paid the Hotel was excellent, especially considering the cost of other 5* Hotels in the area.

Dating back to 1877, Europa Hotel is opposite Rapallo Castle and a few steps from the beach. It features a restaurant.

Everything was superb, the hotel deserves 5 stars***** , everything was wonderful. I recommend everyone to stay here because it is quiet, the cleanliness is superlative and the staff is very kind and prepared.
