We had a great stay. Handing over the keys and the communicating with the host was super easy and pleasant. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartement is great, you are right in the center and you can reach everything needed very quickly. Restaurants and coffee places are also just around the corner. There is also a supermarket nearby, everything you need including parking is within walking distance. The furnishings of the apartment is very cozy, attention is paid to many details that make the stay to an experience. Everything was great. We would come back at any time.

Amazing stay! The staff was great, everyone was super nice and helpful during our whole stay. Special thanks for the nice birthday amenities in our room! The whole hotel service was above and beyond and even had higher standards than some of the 5-star hotels! We will definitely come back!

Charming place, I would be back in no time! I felt very well, everything was up to expectations! It was a 6 night stay, no disappointment. In the last evening I found out about the railway strike, the help of the receptionist LORENZO was of maximum efficiency and involvement, I was able to continue my journey in optimal conditions and then the flight home. A packed breakfast was prepared for me and I left for Rome early. I highlight the exceptional professionalism of the entire staff, I had all my wishes fulfilled, I was surrounded with care and attention the entire stay!

It was an unbelievable stay. The castle is on the top of a hill, surrounded by nature. Rooms are immaculate, spa very well organised with a lot of saunas. The restaurant… exquisite food, I had the best lamb ever . Breakfast is above the expectations of a top Italian breakfast and … believe me .. I am Italian very picky on food. The bombolone and the caprese cake were unforgettable. Last but not least : location is few minutes from the CH boarder and you can bypass Choassi which is normally very busy , so it is a perfect base to visit the Como Lake and to return to North Europe .

Just 2 km from the Como Centro exit of the A9 Motorway, Hotel Cruise offers elegant rooms with free broadband internet and satellite TV. Lake Como is 15 minutes' drive away.
