There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The elegant 19th-century building is beautiful and worth a visit even if you're not staying there. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the main sites of Palermo, including the Vucciria Market and the Teatro Massimo. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Had a great stay at Palco Rooms & Suites! The room we stayed in was spacious and modern with all amenities. We were offered a breakfast menu to select from with choices of bread, fruit, coffee, eggs etc and breakfast was served in a separate breakfast room. the apartment has a great view on the Teatro Massimo and when you step out the door you have hundreds of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose within walking distance. There is a car park 7 minutes walking from the apartment in case you arrive by car.

We arrived in the morning and could directly enter our room. We felt very welcome. Upon arrival we got contacted personally if we needed a transfer from the airport. The rooms and establishment were very clean. Breakfast was nice. The establishment is located in the middle of the center. Rooms are very quiet. At departure we could leave our luggage and got a spare key. Great service if you have to spend your day still in Palermo. We would really recommend a stay here if you visit Palermo.

A very stylish, well equipped apartment in a perfect central location for our family of 5 to explore Palermo. Silvia was a wonderful host, extremely attentive and helpful for whom nothing was too much trouble, it was like having a private concierge. We had a wonderful time exploring this extraordinary city over our 2 day stay but what really made it was having this base to pop back to and freshen up, before heading out again. We would stay there again without hesitation.

The hosts in this hotel are amazing and made sure we had everything we needed: good advice about Palermo and where to eat and go and took really took care of everything when I needed some medical care and were super flexible and kind.
