Amazing service that could not have been better. My husband and I ran into some trouble (theft in town centre) but the staff here offered every bit of help possible to alleviate the inconveniences and made our stay in Florence so much better than it would’ve been. Dinner was lovely and the ambience was great with a beautiful view over Florence. The hotel was beautiful and stylish with class, and absolutely lives up to its 5 stars! The spa is also a hidden gem that’s beautifully maintained. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Florence.

Great location near tram. Nice and clean room and bathroom - we loved the balcony. We booked the room with a seperate but private bathroom which was right next door and very convenient.

Friendly stuff, very good breakfast, comfortable room with comfortable beds for a family of 4. Great indoor pool. A lot of nice typical restaurants close by. The jaccuzi on the top floor with the view of Florence skyline by night a must do as well.
