Our room was spotless and comfortable with beautiful wooden beams. Pietro, the host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for exploring the city and nearby restaurants. This is the only 5 stars hotel in the old city center! We truly love our stay, particularly greeted by helpful staff who guided us to drive to the hotel patiently and made prior registration of our car plate. We did not try the food there, but our room is beautiful. Located on the second floor, the room has a very high ceiling and well decorated. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a restored 14th-century monastery, with great views of the countryside. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms at Il Chiostro are large and bright.
