The staff were so incredibly approachable, fun and hospitable. A big shout out to Hatem at the front desk for being so helpful during our stay too. The spa facilities were great and even though it was very stormy and rainy, it actually made the experience better as we were able to be in the pool in the rain watching the sky and then dip into the sauna ❤️ Reasonably easy to get to from Siena train station by taxi. Dinner was nice, the antipasti being the best! 🧀

It was easy to find, right off the highway but very quiet. The room was nice and very comfortable bed. Front desk gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner nearby. Breakfast was included and was OK.

Friendly staff, nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Really good breakfast! It takes 30/40 min walk to the center of Siena. This place is great for the people who are traveling by car because of the parking lot.
