A lovely room just out of town so you can park your car for free and walk for a few minutes to be in the main centre. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very well presented and good value.

The staff were all amazing, especially Elena at the front desk. The hotel is an old palace right in the center which is worth every penny.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a restored 14th-century monastery, with great views of the countryside. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms at Il Chiostro are large and bright.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Excellent service by everyone working in the hotel. Special thanks to Mario at the reception desk who’s professional conduct was absolutely at the top level. The world needs more people like you. After a long day I arrived at the hotel approximately around 10pm driving from Perugia. The valet parking at the hotel was completely booked and Mario took the matter in his hands and found a solution for the parking, took me to the room and simply said all I wanted to do is make your experience as good as possible, I saw you are stressed and knew I needed to do something to help. Thank you Mario. As far as hotel amenities the hotel is perfect and very new. Exceptionally clean. Absolutely the best breakfast in three weeks of staying in different hotels in Italy. Location is on point and 5 min walk to everything you need to see. Highly recommended.

Clean room, good location if you’re travelling by car and want to visit Siena. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special, just the usual stuff, but very decent. Reception was really helpful in giving directions on how to reach the city centre.
