All staff were incredibly service-minded and helped us with everything from changing rooms to vegan breakfast options and the housekeepers had great attention to detail. The table of snacks in the lobby and the free coffee in the room was much appreciated throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balconies was amazing. The rooms were sound proofed so we did not notice the noise from the street or other guests.

Hotel La Contrada is set in the centre of Verbania Intra, 200 metres away from Lake Maggiore’s promenade. It offers a central and ideal location.

Everything- clean room. Matteo and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Situated right in the centre of Verbania close to bars and great restaurants a short walk to the shore of Lake Maggiore.

Superb location, excellent suite of 55sqm with magnificent views from 2 sides of the corner room (202). Half board was excellent and wait staff in particular were very welcoming and helpful. Great location to explore Lago Maggiore.

Both pools were well maintained and not very crowded. There is a wonderful Grill near the pool which is excellent for lunch. Fabio and his staff did an excellent job with the pool and grill areas. The breakfast was ample and beautifully presented. There was a wide selection to suit the many different nationalities in the hotel. Staff from reception to breakfast room to pool were very cordial and welcoming. We had an aperativo in the bar and it was like being in another period. Beautiful Belle Epoque furniture and wonderful cocktails. Room was comfortable and immaculate.

Hotel Du Parc is a pretty, early 20th-century villa with large, green gardens. Well-located, this elegant hotel with splendid décor is just 5 minutes’ walk from Stresa’s historic centre.

Location next to the lake, luxurious feeling of the room and beautiful hotel, huge room and bathroom, comfortable bed. I really liked the pool pool, beach, beautiful garden, and the bar at the beach. The breakfast had huge variety and was delicious. We tried the restaurant for dinner, it was really good and the view to the lake was amazing. We also got an upgrade to a room with lake view, we were very happy about it.
