Location was excellent. Giulia and Serena took wonderful care of us and all their guests. Our room had all the facilities for a longer stay and the hotel accepted our well behaved toy poodle without complaint. Our request to lengthen our stay was met too.

Key Hotel is set opposite the Vicenza football stadium, a 15-minute walk from the Olympic Theatre, Piazza dei Signori, and the Basilica Palladiana in the historic centre.

We had a wonderful stay in the Key Hotel, Vicenza which was our base to explore the Veneto region a bit. Regarding the hotel, everything was great for us. The staff was helpful, friendly and we felt very welcome. The room and bathroom were spacious, beds comfortable and air conditioning worked super well. There was a minibar outside of the rooms. We didn’t use the breakfast and parking options.

AC Hotel Vicenza is near the Fiera di Vicenza convention centre, in Creazzo. The motorway connecting Milan to Venice is within easy reach. Parking is free. Rooms come with free WiFi and minibar.

If you travel by car the hotel has an ideal location to visit Vicenza and Verona. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable, 4 pillows, we received free chips and biscuits, tea and coffee. bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet and a shower. The breakfast is wonderful, offers a great variety of salty and sweet stuff. There was a tourist group of 140 people there but the staff made a heroic effort to keep the servings available. Parking is free right in front of the entrance. Wi-fi is strong and stable.
