The location is perfect - not in the middle but not too far, so it gives you privacy and quiet and all places are in walking distance. we had a balcony. we had breakfast, we had excellent service and great time. thank you !

Beautiful apartment, very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended. They also provided free snowshoeing with a guide which was AWESOME! Note that the distance from the Gondola and city center is ~2km so requires having a car. As long as you have a car it's not an issue at all.

Great and helpful staff. I left my car charger at the hotel after checking out. The staff was willing to spend one hour driving to my new hotel to get it back to me. Besides the wonderful service, the hotel’s view is stunning

The location was terrific. The rooms, restaurant and facilities were all exceptional. But what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone from the wait staff to cleaning staff, bar staff and reception were so happy, friendly and helpful. We felt we were in the happiest place on earth.
