Lovely, modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge, comfy bed. We had two small dogs and the staff were very accommodating finding us space to take breakfast (which was fabulous) and have the dogs with us.

Nice apartment (very clean) super close to the city center. We parked our car at Riva Reno (we had to pay 20€ for about 24h but it was very convenient). We felt really welcome when we arrived. Thanks to our host!

Everything. A nice stop. Specially the food -- must try the panacotta al basilico e pomodori. I will.come back for this. The hotel is really well-maintained, clean and service is exceptional. Bed is comfy, location is quiet and calm. Wish we could stay 2 nights.

Perfect location, just opposite the Central Station, many cafes and bakeries nearby. Also it takes only 15 minutes to get to the city center. Rooms are spacious, clean and with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are equipped with all amenities you may need. Breakfast was very good- variety of croissants, cheese and salami, fruits, cakes. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff was extremly accomodating and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the rooftop terrace during sunset is stunning too. The only issue I had was that the Wifi was so slow that I had to use my mobile data throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for wheelchair users like myself.

Perfect location in Bologna, the room and bed were very comfortable with different options of pillows. Everything was clean and the room service was excellent. The bathroom was comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. Even though it was winter, we had to turn of the heat because the room was properly isolated. We got a nice and cozy view to the alley. The breakfast and staff are just fantastic. No negative comments.

quality feel to the entire hotel. comfortable bed. great bar tender, made us feel welcome and appreciated. lovely display of snacks at Apperativo time. breakfast the best hotel breakfast I have been offered in years. parking a real plus.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, good beds. Location within a walking distance to Unipol arena. 20min drive to Bologna city centre. Parking area directly under the rooms. Gym with some equipment also a plus. The only downside is actualy the sound insulation. We weren’t bothered but I imagine that someone might be.

Nice stay, the room was the one saw on Booking and it was warm enough. The property is really nice, there is a TV and minibar in the room. The bathroom has all amenities. The bar is really nice and there was a lovely guy F. that was helpful and friendly.
