You can't beat the location (just metres from the entrance to Petra) and the food, room and pool were all excellent! The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us tips to make the most of our day in the Petra site.

Staff on the hotel were amazing , in particular Mr.Ayman . He is Helpful, kind and respectful. I will recomand this place for any visitor who wants to visit Albatra . location is calm and quite and I really like it.

Everything! We were met on arrival by super friendly staff, although the car park is small it is secure and there is a guard on the gate. We were upgraded free of charge and the room was just lovely. Huge bed, great facilities, impecably helpful staff. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the cave bar was quirky and had a friendly cat :) Right at the entrance to Petra. We couldn't have asked for more and will be back!

The hotel location is just a few steps from the Petra Visitor Center entrance! The hotel is elegant and comfortable, with warm hospitality and great amenities. The rooms were cozy, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Perfect place to stay for exploring Petra!
