The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from Petra’s main gate. The hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable, with a great rooftop and convenient parking. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Abdullah at the front desk, who was always helpful, polite and genuinely caring during my stay. He made everything feel easier and more pleasant from check-in onward.

Formerly an ancient village called Taybeh, this 5-star resort offers stunning views of the Sharah Mountain Range. Facilities include a fitness room, a traditional hammam, and an outdoor pool.

Staff on the hotel were amazing , in particular Mr.Ayman . He is Helpful, kind and respectful. I will recomand this place for any visitor who wants to visit Albatra . location is calm and quite and I really like it.

Stuff was amazing, they were very kind and friendly. Location is very good, 5 minutes by car from Petra visitor centre - main gate to Petra. We really feel like with friends..We enjoyed the stay in this hotel.
