Everything was excellent, I think the best for sure was STAFF, always wanting to help with excellent results. I was gladly happy to be able to find international staff, like Lucas, I have been travelling alot to ASIA and being able to have nice chats in my native language was a great plus. Japanese breakfast was good. Of course you can get "better" japanese breakfast with a higher price tag. but from price point, how much care there was and being able to have it in your room or in the dinning area makes you start your day with a perfect mood :)

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style.

So surprised that in the middle of the city and next to the most busiest train station in japan and We had three most wonderful stays just like in the countryside so peaceful and quiet. a thumb up for the sound-proof room.

The view was breathtaking, cinematic and nothing short of memorable. The rooms are beautiful, however there should be a breakfast included at this price range.. The lobby and overall style of the hotel makes one think of glory business era 80s & 90s chique at the highest level. A vibe!

The visit exceeded our expectations and we have visited 4 different 5 Stars Hotels in Tokio. The feeling when you enter the Hotel, you feel like you are in another world. Beautiful flowers, music everywhere. Elevator was so nice with the chandelier on the ceiling, Location - TOP!! 1 minute walk to Tokio Station. Reception, Breakfast, Swimingpool, latecheck out, limusine service, Rooms... everything was perfect. The staff - the best in Tokio, because there were so nice - not fake, natural and helpful. We also left the whole luggage in hotel when we went to Kyoto - 4 huge pieces - No Problem. We loved every minute of our stay!! We will definitely come back.

Breakfast had nice variety of yummy items. Free late evening ramen was nice. Public bath was nice. Location was convenient to both Shibuya and Harajuku, though a bit less convenient to Shibuya because one side of the hotel is blocked by train tracks.
