Amazing staff! They would do anything to please you. Very clean room with evething we needed. We booked the small tour (22$) and the big tour + Bantey Srei (32$) and bought our tickets to Don Det (80$). Everything was ok and tuktuk driver was very good. We would recommend for 200% and would stay again.

Room was huge and bed was extremely comfortable. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to many restaurants. Reception organised a tuktuk to take us to Angkor Wat. Snacks and cocktails by the pool were a fabulous way to spend an afternoon after walking round the temples.

Perfect traditional style hotel, excellent services, front desk Ms. Lum, thank you very much for sending our sons jacket all the way to Phnom Penh, so kind and professional of you, also Sinan - warm welcome along with the waiting staff at the reception always coming and greeting us with warm wet towels. Rooms so clean and nice, everyday flowers, cookies, music in the room. Dinner in the restaurant perfect experience thanks to the two ladies who are serving dinner so kind, professional ,efficient and welcoming. Perfect massages as well. Recommended you to our daughter Una and son in law Tim and they are coming in spring !

Privacy in a strategic location. Lovely Europesque ambience at entrance. Muted colours combined with black ironworks and dark wood give a sense of classic comfort. Our suite offers continuous ample space in spite of the full-fledged amenities. Well appointed. A whirlpool, a dip-pool and a sauna gave us the much needed treat after a long day. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering a level of comfort worthy of the finest luxury hotels. But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is, above all, the warmth and kindness of the staff—always smiling, attentive, and eager to provide the best experience possible. We’d like to give a special mention to Franklin and Nara for their incredible kindness and availability, to Kim Hong for his warm welcome and touching eagerness to learn French, and to Poeun, whose passion fruit cocktails are absolute delights! Every morning, we looked forward to the sumptuous breakfast, varied, fresh, and full of flavor. And the cocktails—consistently delicious and perfectly crafted—were a true highlight. We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mantra Nivesha Hotel in Cambodia, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff, made us feel instantly welcomed. Their genuine smiles and helpful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in the decor created an inviting atmosphere. The well-maintained facilities, including the pool and dining area, provided a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the Cambodian people. The locals, both within the hotel and in the surrounding community, were incredibly kind and gracious. Whether it was receiving local recommendations from the staff or interacting with locals during our explorations, every encounter left us with a positive impression of the genuine warmth that defines Cambodian hospitality. We would highly recommend Hotel MV to anyone seeking not only a comfortable and enjoyable stay but also an opportunity to experience the wonderful hospitality of the Cambodian people. It's a truly enriching experience that goes beyond typical hotel accommodations. The highlight of our stay was going on a 6 hour motorbike tour exploring the countryside surrounding Siem Reap!
