Boutique Hotels in Tangalle

Beautiful boutique hotel located on a quiet and peaceful beach, where you can have long walks at sunset, fall asleep with the sound of the ocean waves and take a birdwatching boat tour in the nearby Kalametiya Lagoon and Birds Sanctuary. Our room was big, comfortable and stylish, with a lovely view from the balcony. Food and drinks are delicious. Amazing pool overlooking the beach, where you can chill and enjoy the sunset. The service was just perfect - all staff are extremely welcoming and going the extra mile to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Thank you again! This was one of the best places we stayed at in Sri Lanka and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to relax and unwind in a beautiful and quiet setting!

We had an amazing time at Buckingham Place. Nick and his staff make sure that you feel welcome and comfortable during your whole stay. No matter what questions we had, the staff made sure to help us. In our case, they organized a day trip in Tangalle. The food is great for local as well as western cuisine. The menu changes every day. The pool area is very relaxing and the beach just in front of the hotel is quiet, big and very beautiful. One of the nicest and cleanest beaches we saw in Sri Lanka. The rooms are big and spacious. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. If you are staying at this hotel, you should also try a massage. The prices are fair and the massages are some of the best we had in Sri Lanka. Even after checking out, Nick told us to reach out to him if we have any problems during our travels accross Sri Lanka. We will definitly come back.
