This Riad is pure opulence and beautifully furnished throughout. But as with most Riads, there are always flights of stairs to negotiate with your luggage!! Breakfast was generous, and the outside area is just divine.

It was a 10/10 place. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our Tamarind room had plenty of space, an amazing bathroom with double shower and perfect views to the Riad. The architecture and decoration is just stunning. Totally recommend Dar Roumana. Delicious breakfast served at the rooftop which gives you a great panoramic view of the Medina and the Meneries tombs. Special mention to Nesha at reception who also does Henna tattoos.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yazeen and Muhammed were very cheerful and helpful. We were providing mint tea when we arrived, in a very nice welcoming ceremony. The location was perfect, just inside the old Medina. We came with two bicycles and they found room to store them securely. And the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and the view, spectacular!

We stayed at this riad for 02 nights and we had the best Experience possible. As we booked, the staff was really gentle and tried to help us. When we arrive, we were picked up at the train station and it was not hard at all to go inside the medina. There are a lot of signposts indicating where to go. We went out at night and it was also really fine. All the pictures from the riad is very legitimate and true. Everything just like a palace. The rooms are very also very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, and the view from the terrace, where they served it, just made even better. All the staffs was trying to make us feel at home. Don’t miss the opportunity to do the SPA - it was a great and unique opportunity. If I go back to Fez someday, I’ll be at this Riad again. Thank you very much, Salim, for welcomed us.

Instant communication from Noureddine prior to visit, great location, the food was excellent, ate in the evening a couple of nights, thanks to Fatima for the great food. Special thanks to Haddou, who really looked after us and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time, he really helped make our visit to Fez memorable.

Beautiful Riad on the edge of the Medina. We stayed in the room right at the top of the property which had amazing views of the city and a nice balcony to relax on. The staff were great, always ready to help with any requests or have a chat with. Momo in particular went above and beyond looking after us. Would recommend staying here in future! :)
