Despite my anxiety, a staff member named Ojo responded quickly and appropriately, arranging a taxi for me and ensuring I made it to the airport on time. I highly recommend asking the hotel to arrange airport transfers, and for anyone visiting Malta, I strongly recommend staying at this hotel!

Our amazing experience started with very responsive help before our arrival! My mother did dream for a long time about taking a nice bath, so I requested one whilst booking, and the hotel's staff did hear and fulfilled our request. But the best part kicked in when we arrived for a check-in :) We felt like we got into a fairytale as charming Charles at the front desk welcomed us with a great smile and UPGRADE of our room. Absolutely free of charge! And I couldn't count all the other great services that we got from this amazing hotel. Breakfast is great, Gym is great, Pool is great, and SPA has a very professional staff.

An extraordinary hotel that could be the reference for the 5-star classification. The architecture, the location, the garden, the outdoor pool, the staff, the food, the bar, everything is superlative so I consider it the best choice for staying in Valleta.

Very good place, near shopping centre, lot of different bars, restaurants. Nice view from window, parking spaces, bus stops and etc. Delicious breakfast, amazingly friendly staff, perfect room service. Nothing much to add, just worth for the value.

Great location, fabulous view from the roof, half of the island can be seen, even Sicily in traces. Breakfast was a great selection with a loads of local foods. Personell very kind and polite. Price was also good. Just as like wellness. Our room was big, and comfortable.

Hotel was lovely. A bit difficult to find but that’s true of most of Valletta! Since it was early in the day and our room wasn’t ready, we were sat down and offered a coffee. They kept our bags and we set out to explore. We came back for check in time and all went smoothly. We had guests for dinner which was fabulous! Since there was a large group in the larger part of the restaurant, we had a room all to ourselves with our 2 guests. The food, wine, staff and physical space were all fabulous. A lovely set of experiences.

Located a 2-minute walk from picturesque Balluta Bay, Simons Apartments minutes away from Balluta Bay and St Julians is in central Sliema.
