The hotel is gorgeous, I have rarely seen such beautiful decor that perfectly fits with the natural environment surrounding the area. We were thrilled to find so many different species. But the best feature is the staff, I never met a group of staff where EVERYONE with no exception was so nice, welcoming, friendly and cordial.

Liked: -> Lots of food options, everything fresh, and chefs cooking meals right in front of you. Amazing variety of desserts and breads, plus juices and drinks. -> The entire entertainment team was incredible, and the servers in every area were quick, kind, and very friendly. -> Night events for all tastes, each space had its own vibe. -> I went to the museum that’s less than a 15-minute bus ride away. -> The restaurants sometimes have waitlists, but you get a notification on the hotel app when your table is ready. Absolutely everything. I travel a lot and Live Aqua is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Food is amazing, cocktails are incredible, the pool is insane, staff are so courteous. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and pillow and little things like shower pressure being perfect met my high standards. Air con was also fantastic (it’s a must in Mexico). Honestly I can’t fault this hotel. Will be recommending to all my family and friends. We even extended our stay to an extra night as we loved it so much. Also shout out to Emilio whose hospitality service by the pool was 5 star impeccable. 10/10!!

The hotel is amazing as the staff, the food is really good . I highly recommend this hotel. The bonus is the club kids, my son loved everything there. I also did 2 excursosions ( Chichen itza and Isla Mujeres, and both were perfect, the staff super friendly, all the time asking if we want something to drink, the excursion for chichen itza I loved it, they guys guides have a lot of knowledge.

The hotel is amazing, with Oxxo, 7 Eleven, Money Exhange just beside the hotel. The food at the hotel is great, the rooms are nice, price is very reasonable. Breakfast was good. There is a small gym if you want to burn some calories. There is also a great eatery beside the hotel if you want to catch dinner. The location is Downton and close to different attractions.
