The space was beautiful, the setting, the good taste and design, and the super friendly and helpful staff, created a vacation we dreamed of. The location was super convenient , walking to shops, Centro, and restaurants could not have been easier. Even that we were Centro, our room was nestled in the back of hotel, with a huge sense of privacy and quiet. The staff was friendly, warm and always helpful.

Beside the Myan Museum, and in the modern part of town. A nice reprieve after being in the historic centre for a few days. Nice room and fabulous staff. Tasty breakfast with good range of restaurant meals if you didn't want to venture out. Off the tourist tour puck up route but providers sent a car for additional $100mxn.

A beautiful oasis in the middle of a busy city! The location is perfect! The hotel is so central we could explore Mérida & pop back for a swim & a refresh/drop off shopping before heading back out again! Room itself was very spacious beautifully appointed & spotlessly clean. Gorgeous pool area would 100% recommend.
