It's a great location! I had the best experience here with my family. With my family, I had the most wonderful experience here. When we arrived, the staff greeted us politely and with amazing smiles. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. I spent several hours on the beach. There was plenty to do. I loved this place and would recommend it to everyone.

I'm glad i chose this hotel right at the centre of Penang. Connected to Gurney Plaza. The elevator will take you down from your room right to the amazing eateries in the Ground Floor. All the staff were amazing from security, concierge, reception, executive lounge and the restaurants, housekeeping, laundry, bar etc Executive lounge with varieties of snacks and drinks with free access for kids. Kids pool with floaters. Breakfast spread were great! Very big bathroom with 3 separate area including bath tub. They welcome you with ice cream in the reception. Walking distance to Padang Kota (Chinese Hawkers) and short distance to other city attractions by car/grab. I regret I didn't take much photos to share
