Each room has a name which makes the resort unique. The room has all needed amenities, very spacious, clean and lovely. Amanpuri 1 (room) was perfect with the balcony overlooking the ocean. The food at Biru Biru restaurant was delicious.

It's definitely a family hotel, I have never been to a hotel with such a massive pool and water games, the kids enjoyed it and would love to come back, the staff were very welcoming and helpful as well. The trust level in the hotel is the best I have ever seen, I forgot my jewellery box with my diamond rings and they made sure it was safe and send it to me to KL free of charge, that's an amazing thing I would always be grateful for

By far the best hotel in Penang. Extremely clean, fabulous staff, fabulous pool, excellent location. I've been away for month and stayed at over 10 hotels but the G Hotels gurney gets 10+ stars. Thanks once again for a fabulous stay. Will see you again next year.

A beautiful hotel, old world charm. Plenty of options with restaurants, bars within the hotel but also within walking distance. Amazing view with a fabulous pool in the heritage wing. The staff were absolutely fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and attention to detail is awesome. Hair salon on site was great and a tailor too was great.

The apartment was huge, very comfortable and in keeping with the historical stye of the property (decorated with beautiful antique furniture). Fantastic location right next to Little India and lots of other districts within walking distance. Pool was perfect for a dip to cool down and the complimentary afternoon tea is a very nice touch. Excellent value for money and would certainly stay again.
