A beautiful hotel, old world charm. Plenty of options with restaurants, bars within the hotel but also within walking distance. Amazing view with a fabulous pool in the heritage wing. The staff were absolutely fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and attention to detail is awesome. Hair salon on site was great and a tailor too was great.

We absolutely loved the superb architecture of the hotel and the amazing furniture - the whole place is like an exquisite piece of art. It was an experience of a time travel into the fascinating past of Penang. The room itself was beautiful as well.
