The individual charm and boutique character of this old Georgetown hotel made it a memorable stay. Our room had an unexpected mix of a private jacuzzi and antique electric switches, adding to the quirky appeal. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff warm and welcoming. The building is simply amazing, and historic chinese-style building repurposed perfectly for a luxury stay. The staff was insanely kind and well-prepared, they went above and beyond to accomodate our needs, including the dietary ones (gluten allergy). Breakfast was also amazing, it is an a-la-carte menu with lots of tasty and abundant options. The room (Opium) was also beautiful, with lots of amenities like a great bathroom, great bathtub, nice fridge (with complementary tea and desserts each night!), and a big comfortable bed. What can I say, it is more expensive than usual accomodations in Malaysia, but a very good value for your money. Treat yourself. It is also located in the perfect center of the old town.

The hisotricak hotel is simply impressive. Once I arrived the security greeted me with big smile. All staff in the hotel are friendly, helpful,great service. Interior and appearance of the hotel is amazing. Definitely visit again. It s located a bit outside main tourist area thus I got my own peace and way less traffic and hustle in the area which I love it! Breakfast tastes great! It was served much quicker than others have written previously, there were 5 people ordered before me and I waited roughly 10 min. Daily Cleaning service is available and the lady was sweet enough to adjust temperature in my room.
