The staff is so kind. No one was ever grumpy. This is so rare. I did not see a single grumpy person within 10 days. The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star hotel I think.

Got a deluxe water chalet and they gave us one with sea view. View was amazing and the unit was comfortable. Overall service was good. Ample car park.

The pool was very big and just like the pictures. The resort itself has 3 restaurants on site which was great.
