The staff is super nice and always helpful! Location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance in Tromso, but the harbor view is amazing.

Hotel location was perfect. Staff where attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very varied and plentiful. Evening meal was tasty, simple and again plentiful. Tea and coffee available in the reception at any time which was nice. Reception area had nice comfortable sofas and chairs and good for relaxing after a day out in the snow. Rooms where well appointed, comfortable beds. We asked for extra pillows. Roof top hot tub was an added bonus, easy to book at additional cost but well worth it at night to look over the harbour and aurora spotting. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

The location is good, there is a supermarket just near the hotel. The ample dining area at the lobby with self service water and tea is also excellent. Room has the necessities for the stay overnight. It is a good hotel to station the base.

    Fantastic location on the sea/fjords front - with stunning views. Close to all that you need, and all starting points for the various tours on offer. It's a beautiful luxury hotel with stylish, well-appointed rooms, super comfy beds, and a great shower. The rooms have everything you'd need. The staff are extremely helpful and the food is very good. To top it all, there is a fabulous sky top bar to enjoy the night sky and the Panorama of the beautiful city lights!!
