Every thing was topnotch: A big room with a confy bed, the huge garden and last but not least a marvelous breakfast. The hosts were very kind and helpful, providing a list of restaurants, maps with informations about the surrounding and personal support about the airtraffic. There is really nothing to mention, what didn't work.

I paid a bit more than I usually do for a room and I’m glad I did. The room was spacious, clean, had all the facilities we needed…and it was a great view of the water and some good people watching. The location was great, a short walk to everything and not far from Waitangi. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.

Absolute Bliss -- what a perfect description of this property in beautiful Paihia! We loved our stay and really enjoyed meeting our host, Marilyn. She is an absolutely sweetheart who takes very good care of her guests. Our room was enormous and beautifully laid out. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of space to keep everything. The kitchen had loads of space and everything you need. The elevator was a lifesaver to get our luggage in and out. It was a bonus to have a garage all to ourselves too. We spent our afternoon happy hours on the beautiful deck overlooking Paihia and the waters of the Bay of Islands. The song of the Tui birds echoing across the trees will stay with us forever. The location is perfect, a very short walk from the shopping, restaurants and all the tours on the waterfront. Thank you, Marilyn, for a lovely visit.
