The room is beautiful, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The complimentary snacks and drinks from the hotel are exquisite. The bathroom is very clean, and the location is excellent—it’s only a two-minute walk to the downtown, and the gondola is also nearby.

Amazing hôtel with an amazing view on the lake. Very peaceful and great room. The pool was also very nice and the restaurant was yummy as well.

We liked that the room was very spacious and that the ensuite washroom was very clean as well. We were also pleasantly greeted with fresh cookies upon our check-in. Check-in was also very prompt which we appreciated. Photos of the room are accurate.

Great place to stay. Comfortable apartment with fabulous views, comfy bed, fab fire, full kitchen and laundry and a good shower. Free shuttles to Queenstown if needed. Super quiet. Friendly staff and a nice bar. Restaurant was an unexpected delight. Would stay again.
