The accommodation is very cosy, a real winter feeling. The room is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very varied, served with a good appetite. We were satisfied with everything.

The exterior and interior design is phenomenal, the staff real friendly and helpful, rich breakfast selection, mini kitchen with a fridge was a real surprise.

New Willa Jan is located in Zakopane, just 200 metres from Szymoszkowa Ski Complex. Its rooms offer views of the Tatras and free Wi-Fi. All Jan rooms are bright and decorated with warm colours.

It was the best accommodations. In general I never write any kinds of reviews, but i need to write this time for the first time. The girl in reception was incredibly amazing. Unlike the other zakopane people, she speaks English very well and it was very nice. And even she called me a taxi. The bus systems are so complicated and there are no Uber or Bolt taxi in zakopane, it was kind of light in my trip in zakopane. And the room was also amazing. Super clean and large. The refrigerator was not so cold, but if you put your water before you go to bed, you can get a cold water when you get up. The restroom was also very clean and the hairdryer was worked well. The Television worked well and even you can watch youtube through television. But the internet speed is not so fast, just wait a bit of time. The location was normal, not that bad but little bit far from the main street. It takes around 10minutes by foot. It doesn’t take a lot.

We love Bambi! Returned for the 3rd time. Enjoyed magical white Christmas this time. Great ambience. Very clean. Walking distance to Szymoszkowa ski slopes and Krupówki. Helpful staff. SPA facilities in the apartments; massage bath/ shower, which is great after skiing or hiking. Parking on site. SOPA karczma next door serves great food and has a nice atmosphere. Provision shop 5min away.

Willa Kominiarski Wierch is housed in a uniquely designed residence in the centre of Zakopane. It features free access to a spacious sauna, original interiors and rooms with free internet.

What a fabulous place! The hotel looked exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We even got sandwiches to take with us on our last morning (due to a very early departure, we would have missed the breakfast but hotel staff prepared something for us to take for the journey!). The room was spacious, warm, with a kettle so we could enjoy a tea/coffee in our room. The room had a balcony too!. At the check-in we were given hair dryer too! We had a really great stay there! There was sauna available but we did not opt in for that. Hotel was 15 mins walk from Krupowki.

Peacefully located on the outskirts of Zakopane, Pensjonat Orla Perc offers beautiful, minimalist interiors, intimate and friendly atmosphere, excellent cuisine and wonderful views of the Tatra...

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was a huge help for me, I appreciate it. <3 The room is excellent as promised: lovely mountain view; 2 windows, therefore sunny; nice design; cleanliness; bed very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and a large selection (yummy Polish cheese); a nice smiley lady freshly brews the coffee. It was a great help that they kept my luggage for a couple of hours. <3 The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre, but everything is nearby: grocery shop, authentic Polish restaurant (Karczma Zornica), café, pharmacy. Thank you for your hospitality, I will book with you on my next visit to Zakopane. :)

Breakfast was great and optional. Very nice staff, especially the receptionist. And another nice thing is VIP SPA, great price and everything was prepared for our session.
